Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

	Plan, coordinate & supervise activities/resources necessary for proprietary software development catering to clinicians.
	Assess & analyze clinical practice needs of physicians & industry trends. Compose FAQ bases scenarios/templates for product development.
	Play proactive role in product evolution & act as technical advisor to IP development team/clients.

Requirements

	3 - 4 years clinical/research experience
	Medical degree

Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

	Setting up IIS, DNS, FTP, DHCP, File & Print servers
	Configuration and maintenance of Cisco communication equipment (Router - Firewall - Switches)
	TCP/IP, Subnetting and routing
	Managing mail systems (Microsoft Exchange 2003 - Lotus Domino 6.5)
	Implementation and troubleshooting of Windows 2000/2003 Terminal server and Citrix Presentation 4.0 Server
	Backup Management (Veritas Backup Exec - Symantec Ghost – NT Backup)
	Technical support for workstations, servers and LAN / WAN connectivity
	Working knowledge of wireless technology (Access points, routers and bridges)
	Troubleshoot Hardware and Software problems

Requirements

	2 - 3 years of IT experience
	Relevant IT degree
	MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP
	Strong communication skills, verbal and written
	Must be able to communicate with all levels of in-house, third party vendors, and client users
